ML plum coupling is simple in structure, small in radial dimension, light in weight and small in inertia. It is suitable for medium and high speed applications. It works stably and reliably, and has good vibration absorption, cushioning and electrical insulation performance.

  ML series plum-blossom elastic coupling has the following characteristics: simple structure, small radial dimension, light weight, small moment of inertia, suitable for high-speed occasions, stable and reliable operation of plum-blossom coupling, good vibration absorption, cushioning and electrical insulation performance. Plum-shaped elastic coupling has large axial, radial and angular compensation capacity. Plum-shaped elastic coupling has high strength polyurethane elastic components, wear resistance and oil resistance, large load bearing capacity, long service life, safety and reliability. The coupling does not need lubrication, and has less maintenance workload. It can operate continuously for a long time.

  Plum-shaped elastic coupling is mainly suitable for frequent starting, positive and reverse, medium and high speed, medium torque and high reliability work occasions, such as metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical industry, lifting, transportation, light industry, textile, water pump, fan and so on. The working environment temperature is from - 35 C to + 80 C, the nominal torque is 25-12500Nm, and the allowable speed is 1500-15300r/min.

  ML series plum-shaped elastic coupling is mainly meshed closely by two convex teeth and subjected to radial extrusion to transfer torque. When the two axes have relative offset, the elastic components have corresponding elastic deformation and play an automatic compensation role.
