  Roller chain coupling has the hardness of steel, excellent corrosion resistance and environmental protection performance of roller chain coupling. It belongs to the category of high precision machining to maintain tolerance of 5 microns when processing large quantities of parts, to maintain tolerance of 2 microns when processing two parts that cooperate with each other, or to use small diameter end milling cutter to process on a machine with positioning accuracy of 0.3 microns. That is to say, part size and batch size determine the difficulty of achieving certain tolerances.
