  GL roller chain coupling has the advantages of simple structure, convenient loading and unloading, large transfer torque, high efficiency and reliable operation. However, the wear between the chain and the chain is relatively large, especially the radial motion caused by centrifugal force will accelerate the wear during high-speed operation. Therefore, it is not suitable for use in high-speed and impact loads, nor for vertical shaft connection.

  When designing the overall structure of GL roller chain coupling, full attention should be paid to the lubrication and dust-proof between the tooth surface and the roller, and the shell should be added. In addition to dust-proof and oil storage, it also has the function of safety protection. Because in case the chain breaks, it may cause personal accidents.
